Your
New Year Resolution 2009 - Aconcagua
in the Andes
The
highest mountain in the world outside Asia at 6962m
This
is the view from top....
And when you get back down, you're in
the middle of Argentina's wine country.
Make this year the year you climb Aconcagua with Andes
and More.
Aconcagua is in the Argentinian Andes and is the highest
mountain outside of Asia. It is part of the Seven Summits Circuit, the highest peaks in the seven continents. It is the
highest mountain in the Americas, the highest mountain in the western hemisphere and the highest mountain in the southern
hemisphere. Quite something!

With Andes and More the organisation of your expedition is based in Northern
Ireland but the guide is a local Argentinian, with 16 years experience of Aconcagua, which gives you the best combination
for your mountaineering expedition to the Andes.
Nacho, Andes and More’s
partner and main guide in Argentina, has worked on Aconcagua for 16 years. He has been to the summit 33 times. 75% of his
groups make it to the top. He is a mountaineer through and through and spends as much of his spare time as possible mountaineering.
He was even the first person to snowboard back down the 6000m Plata in Argentina. He is also fanatical about the health and
safety of his clients.
In June and July Nacho was climbing in Pakistan. Read the expedition blog here:Gasherbrum Blog.
